Hey there, I’m Jenny! Welcome to My Science Kitchen. I am a food lover, crafty person, and chemical engineer. I live in Colorado with my dog, and some hobbies outside of the kitchen include swimming, cycling, knitting and reading.
My Science Kitchen was created when I wanted to pursue a food blog, but also share my love of science. I love to learn WHY things work, and I hope you enjoy learning what I have to share!
This site will be part recipe book, part educational, and 100% fun. My hope is to not only share recipes that you will want to make, but help give you the tools and understanding for how things work in recipes.
